This Privacy Policy for Hyqoo LLC (“Hyqoo”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information on our Hyqoo mobile application (the “App”). Please read below to learn:
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information that we collect through the App. “Personal information” means information that could reasonably be used to identify you individually, such as your name or e-mail address.
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older in the United States. Any information you provide, including any personal information, will be transferred to and processed by a computer server located within the United States and will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and U.S. law, which may be less stringent than the law where you reside.
If you do not want us to handle your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
a) Information You Give Us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily share with us through the App. Your primary email ID and phone number will be used as your default contact details. b) Information We Collect Through Technology On The App
To serve you better, we collect information through technology. When you visit the App, we collect your device identifier and Internet Protocol (IP) address. We do not link your personal information to device identifier information and IP addresses. An IP address may reveal your ISP or geographic area, but we cannot determine your identity solely based on your IP address.
We may collect information about how you use the App, such as the amount of time you spend using the App, how many times you use a specific App feature over a given time period, how often you use the App, and actions you take in the App (collectively “App Usage Information”). We may link your App Usage Information to personal information you have provided us, in which case we will treat the combined information as personal information.
We automatically collect certain device and diagnostic information when you use the App, including:
We may use this information to ensure the App functions properly, improve performance, and diagnose technical issues.
Some information collected through the App may be linked to your identity, such as contact information, resume data, and account details.
Other data is collected in a form that is not linked to you, such as aggregated analytics, diagnostic information, and technical logs that cannot reasonably identify you.
We do not track your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services. Similarly, we do not permit third parties to collect your personal information over time and across third-party websites through the App.
App Tracking Transparency and Permissions
On iOS devices, we comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) requirements.
If the App requests permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites, you will first receive an iOS system prompt asking for your consent.
We will not engage in such tracking unless you opt in.
The App may request access to certain features on your mobile device. These permissions allow the App to function as intended.
You may enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to:
The App does not access any device feature unless permission is granted.
Your Do Not Track Browser Setting
We do not support the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting. DNT is a preference you can set in your browser’s settings to let the websites you visit know that you do not want the websites collecting your personal information.

The security and confidentiality of your personal information are important to us. We have technical, administrative, and physical security measures in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure and improper use.
For example, your personal information is stored on secure servers. Only employees who need the personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personal information. Employees with access to personal information are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Despite our reasonable efforts, no security measure is ever perfect or impenetrable.
